(The Desired Air Date is the Sunday on which you desire your story to be
aired during church services. Today is 3/10/10, so you must enter a Desired 1st Air Date as
Sunday 3/21/10 or any Sunday date after that one.)

DISCLAIMER: The ParkAvenews is primarily to raise awareness of church functions and other
ministry related information. Submission of a news item will need to fall within these parameters
to be included. You will be contacted if your submission is determined to be not suitable or relevant
for the ParkAvenews. Additionally, this news item may be rescheduled from a requested week if it is
