Local wild bottlenose dolphins feeding in the river

I took this video using my pocket camera this afternoon. This was in Titusville, Florida at the river. I see these dolphins in this same area almost every day on my drive across the river while going to work. Today they were chasing fish along the seawall and doing a pretty good job of catching them. It’s kinda like shooting fish in a barrel! This video shows 2 dolphins, but there were at least 5 hanging around. Here’s the video on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nxHExrZ9k4Q

Get your Leucht.com merchandise right here, folks!

I found this really cool website called CafePress.com. It’s a site that lets you set up your own store with your own merchandise. You upload your own designs to be professionally printed on said merchandise and let people buy the stuff! Very cool. I threw together a quick Leucht.com T-Shirt design in about 5 minutes and it is now on sale for under 10 bucks. I designed some other stuff too.

You can let people purchase the stuff at cost, or you can actually mark up the merchandise and make a little bit of cash in the process. This is a very cool idea. Check out the official Leucht.com online store now!

Nature meets launch pad

I took the below photo from the Kennedy Space Center Beach House (Conference Center) a couple weeks ago. We had finished up our meeting and I stepped outside to look at the approaching storm. I took this photo with my cell phone camera, so it’s not the best quality. I also tried to get some video of the lightning, but the frame rate was slow and it didn’t capture any good lightning strikes.
